The shop is bursting with new Spring styles.  Yesterday we got in four heaping boxes from BB Dakota.  For those that are unfamiliar (and I know it's not many! They practically have a cult following), it's a young, hip line inspired by haute couture but oh so affordable. Trust me it's a worth a visit! You know how fast the best stuff sells out, especially since we often have only one of a size! (Plus winter coats, shoes, sweaters, hats, scarves, are soooper dooper discounted!) xo POP

We told you the 80s were back....and they appeared in our shop yesterday in the form of the come back pop princess extraordinaire Kylie Minogue. We almost Loco-motioned right on by this diminutive chanteuse, until we heard the Aussie accent asking us to hold a pair of Cheap Monday cords at the counter for her. She was so unassuming, sweet and absolutely un-diva like that we love her anew and even forgave her for getting "Can't get your out of my head" stuck in ours for an entire summer. Ms. Minogue went on to purchase the cords, a BB Dakota dress, Free People drapey split sleeve top and an oh so currant military inspired double breasted cardigan with puffy pagoda sleeves. After politely declining to try anything on, Ms. Minogue made her purchase. Did we mention just how bright this starlet is? She scored all four items for $252. We're hoping since she passed on trying things on, she'll have to return for an exchange. We're keeping her signed receipt just in case!
